Summary:
Simon Cowell returns to try and to
win back the title of the fastest Star in a Reasonably Priced Car having
lost last time. Jeremy gets the chance to test drive the new F1-style
Lotus. He later joins James as they travel to the seaside in a pair of
electric cars. Richard talks to a rally team made up completely of
ex-military amputees.
